Hi, I'm Coach Martin! 
 

Aussie Gems decided in late 2020 to start a Men's Gymnastics program and enlisted me as their Head Men's Coach.

​

Since then, our junior boys have excelled and in 2023 the club had 11 boys podium finish at the 2023 NSW State Championships.

I am a highly skilled MAG Coach and always gets the best out of his young prodigies.

Originally from Scotland, I have coached in Australia for over 30 years and is passionate about seeing each gymnast in his program achieve their dreams and desires.

Hi, I’m Coach Brad!

I was trained in competitive Gymnastics up to level 9, and have been a dedicated competitive gymnastics coach for the past 6 years, taking my own teams to various competitions to compete throughout NSW.

In June 2024 Aussie Gems onboarded me and I have been working with the MAG squads and Co-ordinating the Rec Programs ever since. I hold an advanced accreditation in coaching and an intermediate accreditation in Judging.

I am also the 2023 National Club open elite champion and will be coaching FreeG classes at Aussie Gems ongoing.
I love to bring out the best in athletes and love to see them learn new skills and do their best at competitions.

Hi, I'm Coach Gary!

I have been coaching since 1994:
Established physical preparation and skill for development MAG athletes.

Co-coached Provincial and National Power Tumbling athletes. Utilised trampoline for skill acquisition.
Co-coached Provincial level 6-10 WAG athletes on vault, uneven bars, floor and trampoline providing spotting and skill development and acquisition.

Attended Provincial Qualifies and Championships.
Co-coached level 1-5 Junior Olympic WAG athletes on vault, uneven bars, and floor, providing expertise in physical preparation.

Hi, I'm Coach Bob!

I've trained in competitive gymnastics from the age of 4 until the age of 17, reaching MAG level 9. 

I have been coaching for just over 3 years now, starting at Aussie Gems in early 2021 and currently hold my beginners coaching qualification and am working toward my intermediate coaching qualification.

What I enjoy about coaching is knowing I can have an impact on the lives of many talented young athletes and I find great satisfaction in helping them to progress not just in their skill but also their character.

 I've been coaching gymnastics for almost 3 years now, after spending 11 years as a gymnast myself. I enjoy coaching the boys because I get to share my passion for gymnastics and watch them grow and succeed and helping them hit their goal which is the best part of my job!
